Base and column cupboard structure: 1.8cm thick, composed of particle wood panels. Handles of choice, as well as the push-pull system and recess grips.
Doors: equipped with hinges featuring an integrated decelerating system, which closes the doors slowly and without making any noise.
Drawer: shaped in such a way so as to allow space for the drains, equipped with a Legrabox metal frame, characterised by its straight sides both internally and externally, only 1,28 cm thick.
Handles: è various models to choose from, as well as the push-pull system.
The cod.152, cod.16 and groove handles with grip are available in a matt lacquer finish in all the colours in the material samples.
The recess grip handles are only available with melamine or lacquer finishes. The groove handles are only available with wood finishes (expect 306 Smoky Walnut) and lacquer finishes.
The mod. 68 handles protrude by 4 cm from the surface of the door.
Maintenance Tips
Melamine: simply use neutral liquid detergents to clean. To get rid of limescale stains clean with anti-limescale or a vinegar soaked sponge, then rinse and dry. Do not use acid, abrasive powder or products; do not leave anti-limescale products on the top for long, as they may leave rings.
Lacquer: use a soft and not abrasive rag to avoid damaging the surface. Do not use products with solvent, acetone and abrasive, or wax, alcohol and silicone-based products.
Wood: “living” material with protective painted cover; use a soft, not abrasive and slightly dump rag to clean. It is recommended to clean following the wood grain and then dry with care.
Further Information...
Mineralguss: è material composed of calcium carbonate and aluminium trihydrate, bonded by a low percentage of polyester resin. The gelcoat film that covers the surface guarantees an excellent physical and chemical resistance. This compound is a ductile material, resistant to heat. Possible colour variations, caused by high temperatures, can be removed by cleaning with a slightly abrasive sponge, and polishing afterwards.
Clean with a sponge and a standard cream detergent. The top surface must not come in contact with solvents and alkaline lotions such as ammonia. Hair dyes mustn't be left in the sink for too long, but rinsed immediately. Never fill the basin with water hotter than 60°C.
Stratified HPL: laminated HPL, 10mm thick, made up of layers of cellulosic fibres impregnated with phenolic resin. The external layers, however, are impregnated with thermosetting resins. The material is subjected to polycondensation of the resins with a combination of strong pressure and heat of 150°. The surface is then rough to the touch. The material has many properties which are necessary for settings where there is a need for a high level of hygiene. It is a non-porous material which does not generate mould or the growth of bacteria. It is resistant to scratches, bumps and general wear. It is characterised by its capacity to endure chemicals, organic agents, and for its high level of impermeability. It is dust-proof, easy to clean, non-toxic and suitable for contact with food, environmentally friendly, heat-resistant up to 170° and non-flammable.
