Technical Specifications and Equipment
Structure: made of TAMMEL (honeycomb core + melamine ). The honeycomb core is a carefully selected solid pine frame and the honeycomb is clad with MDF panels. It guarantees long-lasting non-deformability, lightness, practicality and meets all the requirements of European Class 1 standards in terms of limiting harmful formaldehyde emissions, and complies with CARB2 standards.
Sides and Backs: made of wood particle board panels (class E1 low formaldehyde emission), meets CARB2 standards. Sides 2.5 cm thick / backs 0.8 cm thick.
Bases and Lids: honeycomb core panels cm 3.2 and cm 2.5 thick respectively.
Door height from the ground: cm h.1,1.
Doors: honeycomb core cm 2,4 thick with solid pine frame, lacquered or wooden. Fronts can be smooth or customised (only in matte or open-pore wood finish):
- Shanghai (only in matte lacquered finish): diagonal "V" incisions 0.2 cm thick.
- Line (only in matte lacquered finish): vertical "V" incisions 0.2 cm thick
- with metal insert: cm 1 thick 0,2 in "version 1" with n.2 horizontal + n.1 vertical or in "version 2" with n.1 horizontal + n.1 vertical.
- Plissè: slats in lacquered solid wood or oak veneer with 30° processing: cm 4,5 thickness 1.
- 10:10 (only in matte lacquered finish): "U" incisions cm 1 thickness 0,2 thick.
- 80:40 (matte lacquered finish only): "U" incisions cm 1 thickness 0,2 with variable spacing
- 10:2: vertical "V" incisions cm 0,2 thick.
Doors also available in TAMMAS (honeycomb + solid wood), honeycomb with solid spruce frame and solid wood honeycomb plated on both sides, dyed in the sample finishes and decorated with 10:10 or Wave processing. Only available when purchased with a project, for further information please contact our Customer Service.
Handles: push-pull or full height Gap groove. The latter consists of a 3 mm thick wooden strip that can be lacquered in all matte and metallic colours or veneered in open-pore oak.
Hinges: metal in titanium finish with 95° or 155° slow closing as standard.
Open Compartment: 1.8 cm thick MDF.
Please Note: The sides are always supplied without edging on the short sides. This difference in finish, which is often hidden from view once the wardrobe is assembled, deliberately leaves the solid spruce frame of the honeycomb sandwich panel exposed in order to enhance the wooden component of the element and show the high quality of the finished product.
Drilling Sides
The sides have pais of Ø 1,5mm holes spaced 9.6 cm apart, placed every 35.2 cm (see diagram in gallery)
Optional - Open Compartment
Internal LED lighting: horizontal LED bar positioned 0.6 cm from the backrest along the entire width of the living area, can be equipped with a transformer (maximum supported power 30 W) with controlled switching or touch switch. Warm LED 3000K - 24V.
steam fireplace: water operated without the need for a flue, equipped with a tank or connected to the plumbing system. Natural flame effect with remote control, complies with European (CE) safety standards.
Assembly tips
Pre-mounted hardware on all elements to facilitate and speed up assembly operations. The feet, which are also pre-mounted on the base, allow the cabinet to be levelled correctly thanks to a maximum extension of 0.8 cm. In the unloaded position, they measure 0.5 cm.
The following are required for mounting the body:
- 4 cm in width (2 cm if installed in a niche)
- 3 cm in height

Honeycomb panel: this is a panel made with an internal honeycomb structure and 5 / 7 cm perimeter frame in first chioice solid pine closed with 2 MDF panels 0.3 / 0.4 cm thick, subsequently lacquered or veneered.
The strengths of honeycomb panels are:
- greater durability;
- greater load resistance;
- significantly reduced panel weight (up to 60% less), which is useful for transport, assembly, moving or relocation, but above all for reducing the weight of the sashes on the structure and hardware:
- hardward always fixed to the perimeter (solid pine) of the sides and doors, so the hinges will have greater strength and the furniture will last considerably longer;
- better resistance to humidity, as the material 'breathes'
- exclusively '100% Made in Italy' product.
Aged Oak: compared to 'standard' open-pore oak, aged oak is characterised by a slightly more brushed surface, which shows a deeper pore and is more noticeable on important surfaces such as tables, wall units and wardrobes, less so on accessories, beds and bed sets.
