Technical Specifications and Equiment
Headboard: plywood with non-deformable polyurethane foam padding. Thickness 4 / 10 cm depending on the model.
Bed Frame: plywood with non-deformable polyurethane foam padding.

Storage Container:
Simple lifting syetm which allows the diagonal opening of the base for an angle between 35° and 40° when open. Manual or electric opening with wireless remote control.
Double lift system which also includes horizontal lifting of the bed base to conveniently access every point of the storage box and easily make the bed. Not recommended in the case of the headboard with applied cushions becuause they rise when lifted horizontally.
The use of motorised bed bases is only permitted with simple manual lift mechanisms.
High-quality industry-leading German pistons, varying in power depending on the bed base (with a metal frame, wooden or motorised) and the weight of the mattress (strengthened pistons are fitted if the mattress weighs more than 40 kg, to be communicated when placing the order).
The internal height of the storage compartment is 17 cm with the medium bed frame h. 24; 23 cm with the bed frame h. 30; 29 cm with the maxi bed frame h. 36.
The bottom layers have a standard thickness of 1 cm; it is also possible to have them with a thickness of 1,4 cm if you plan to store heavy objects in the container, or fill it to the maximum capacity of 750 Lt in the 160 x 200 cm double bed with a h. 30 bed frame. They can be raised to easily clean under the bed. Roller bottoms are also available, which can be rolled up to make for easy cleaning of the floor underneath, or completely removed and washed with water..

Wood Natural: bed base with 13 slats per side in curved plywood section 68x8 mm with rigidity sliders arranged on the 4 slats in correspondence with the lumbar area; 70x25 mm plywood frame with fiberglass corners; anti-squeak nylon slat holders positioned inside the frame.
Wood Relax: bed base with 26 slats per side in curved and flexible beech plywood, 38x8 mm section, of which 2 per side are shaped 75x8 mm arranged in the first and last position for greater adherence of the mattress; rigidity sliders arranged on 8 slats in correspondence with the lumbar area. 70x25 mm beech plywood frame with fiberglass corners; slat holders in shock-absorbant, high-performance SBS. orthopaedic with medical device.
Wood Moving: bed base with 26 slats per side in curved and flexible beech plywood, section 38x8 mm and shaped 75x8 mm arranged in the frst and last position for greater adherence of the mattress; rigidity sliders arrange don 8 slats in correspondence with the lumbar area. 70x25 mm beech plywood frame with fiberglass corners; slat holders in shock-absorbant, high-perforing SBS; shaped and zinc-chromed mattress holders. Individual, separate movements of the two rest levels of the double bed, electrically operated by means of a push button panel on each side and equipped with an emergency battery; the motors are positioned under the bed base and partially take up the storage box space. Wood Moving Shell: bed base with 26 slats per side in curved, flexible multilayer wood, section 38x8 mm and shaped 75x8 mm arranged in the first and last position for greater adherence of the mattress; rigidity sliders arranged on 8 slats in correspondence with the lumbar area. 70x25 mm beech plywood frame with fiberglass corners; slat holders in shock-absorbant, high-performing SBS; shaped zinc-chromed mattress holders. Exoskeleton motors at the joint of each slat allow you to make full use of the bed's storage box; individual and separate movements of the two rest levels of the double bed, electrically operated by means of a push button panel on each side and equipped with an emergency battery. Optional:
Lumbar adjuster kit: possibility of adding 8 rigidity sliders to sustomise the support of the bed base according to the differnt weight load. Available for Standard 160 x 200 / 190 cm bed base.
Wireless Remote Control: possibility of wireless remote control for the Wood Moving and Wood Moving Shell motorised bed bases.
Motor Connection Cable: possibility of synchronising the movement of the Wood Moving double bed.

Stitchwork and Upholstery:
The bed frame upholstery is available in the following versions:
Turned-Up Velcro: the cover is secured with velcro and folds up under the bed frame.
Straight Velcro: the cover is secured with velcro and ends with a hem at the bottom of the bed frame.
Tender: padding is sewn into the cover, giving the bed frame a soft appearance.

The headboard with a profile has an appplied border which can match or contrast with the bed upholstery.

For bed frame h.17 cm:
P15: "vasetto" in anthracite wood; h.25 cm, visible h.15 with metal bed base and h.20 with wooden base.
P17: inclined bronze metal (+2 cylinder feet on the headboard side); h.21 cm, visible h.11 with metal bed base and h.16 with wooden base.

To calculate the height of the sleeping surface, add the visible measurement of the feet to the height of the bed frame (17 / 24 / 30 or 36 cm)..
Only for the P15 and P17 feet, the vidible height is greater than 5 cm of a base with a wooden frame is mounted.
