Material Specifications
Side panels, partitions, top panel, bottom panel, back panel: made from Class E1 wood particle panels covered with layers that have been impregnated with fabric-effect or wood-effect melamine resin.
Sliding Door: made with a frame in matt-black epoxy painted aluminium, with a cm 6 x 6 section, which is entirely removable thanks to the expansion joints. The sash frame is delivered already pre-assembled with a lifting mechanism already mounted and calibrated. The cladding is made with bayonet-mounted wooden panels on the frame, while the central cover (Sliding Panel) is made of MDF composite/ 1cm-thick aluminium, covered in wood or lacquer, which moves up and down vertically and is controlled with a remote control.
Hinged Door: made with extra-light Class E1 wood particle panels, veneered with real wood or coated with polyester resin and lacquered.
Technical Specifications and Equipment
Side Panels and Partition Panels: 2,5 cm thick. PVC edge, 0,1 cm thick, with a fabric-effect or wood-effect coating. Complete with adjustable legs. To combine the sliding TV wardrobe with the hinged wardrobe, an additional side panel (2,5 cm thick) is provided.
Top and Bottom Panels: cm 2,5 thick. PVC edge, 0,1 cm thick, with a fabric-effect or wood-effect coating. Equipped with an extruded, dust-proof edge at the front (for hinged modules).
Back Panel: 1 cm thick.
Internal Shelves: 4 cm thick. PVC edge, 0,1 cm thick, with a fabric-effect or wood-effect coating.
Door: 2,5 cm thick, in matt lacquer or wood veneer with vertical veining. Each hinged door is equipped with n.6 hinges in nickel-plated steel (can be adjusted three-dimensionally with free movement / with return spring / with slow motion) and opens by 110° with a slow-closing mechanism. For the modules with 2 doors, è a dust-proof edge is applied to the left door.
Handle - Hinged Module: full-height groove handle in matt lacquer (cm 2 h.261,6) or a flush recessed handle in matt lacquer or wood veneer with horizontal veining (cm 7 h.31). For the modules with 2 doors, the handle is on the left-hand side door only.
Sliding TV Panel: 11 cm thick, matt lacquer or wood veneer with horizontal veining.
TV Compartment: matt-black lacquered compartment in the following measurements:
- cm 97,5 d.7,5 h.76 (TV max. 40 inches);
- cm 113,5 d.7,5 h.76 (TV max. 50 inches);
- cm 129,5 d.7,5 h.76 (TV max. 55 inches).
Internal Usable Space: cm 250,7.
Side Panel Holes
Side panels and partition panels feature n.4 holes, 3,2 pitch, approximately every 32 cm. For detailed dimensions we advise taking a look at the diagram in the Images gallery.
Assembly Tips
To assemble the frame, you will need:
- 5 cm in width
- 3 cm in height (1 cm for hinged module / 3 cm for sliding module)
For mounting the TV to the support panel it is necessary to drill holes through the panel in correspondence with the holes at the back of the TV, and fix it with appropriate screws. The door is equipped with a cable passage. Electrical connections must be made by certified electricians.
