Wood chairs, vintage charm with a modern twist
Even if often associated with rustic or “arte povera”-style furniture, chairs with wooden legs and backrests are timeless and capable of reinventing themselves even in modern spaces. Thanks to a careful design and to skilful workmanship, our wooden chairs embellish kitchens and living rooms with the typical warmth of this material, adapting to elegant and classic rooms as well as to more contemporary spaces, creating an interesting contrast with elements in glass and metal.
The thin leather or fabric upholstery on the seat and back - or just the seat, on more essential and traditional models - blend with the solid wood elements, to soften the shapes of the structure and optimise the comfort of the chair. These models pay homage to two styles of wooden furniture: either the classic chairs of the early 20th century, essential but very functional, or the refined and futuristic chairs of the mid-century.
