Domizia is a squared armchair with solid wood legs, characterised by compact and rigorous shapes softened by soft upholstery. Almost reminiscent of a sort of box, the back develops on three sides while maintaining the same height and - bending into two rounded corners - delineates the armrests. The upholstered shell is punctuated on the inside by horizontal or vertical stitching for a decorative wave-quilting effect of varying thicknesses; on the back, the upholstery has a smooth finish, with a visible piping in the upper profile to enhance the hand-made crafting process of the armchair.
The legs are solid wood with a circular cross-section and extend vertically on the back of the shell and on the front, delimiting the armrests.
Customisation in terms of finishes is truly extensive: the structure available in natural, stained or lacquered ashwood is matched for upholstery by a variety of fabrics, velvets, faux-leather or real leather.
The Domizia chair is ideal around an elegant dining table, or as a seat for a home-office desk or armchair in a bedroom or hallway.
