Technical Specifications and Equipment
Structure: made of TAMMEL (honeycomb coreboard + melamine). The honeycomb core is a frame made of carefully selected solid spruce and the honeycomb is clad with MDF panels. It guarantees long-lasting non-deformability, lightness, practicality and meets all the requirements of European Class 1 standards regarding the limitation of harmful formaldehyde emissions, it complies with CARB2 standards.
Sides: with a depth of 38 cm, the side panels are made of wood particle board (class E1 with low formaldehyde emission). With a depth of 59,2 cm, the side panels are made of honeycomb sandwich panels with a solid fir frame. The panels in both depths are 2.5 cm thick and comply with CARB2 standards.
Backs: in wood particle board panels (class E1 low formaldehyde emission), 0,8 cm thick.
Base and Top: in honeycomb sandwich panels, respectively 3,2 cm and 2,5 cm thick.
Shelf: supplied in 3,2 cm thick honeycomb coreboard.
Clothing Rod: included in modules with a depth of 59.2 cm. With rectangular section 3x1 cm in brown or lacquered finish.
Door height from ground: cm h.1,1.
Sliding doors: in 2,8 cm thick honeycomb sandwhich panels with solid fir, lacquered or wooden frames. The glass, Laminam or upholstered doors are fitted with a brown metal or lacquered metal frame, with integrated, matching handle. The fronts can be plain or customised (only in lacquered or wood finish):
- Shanghai (only in matte lacquered finish) diagonal "V" engravings 0,2 cm thick.
- Line (only in matte lacquered finish): vertical "V" engravings 0,2 cm thick.
- with metal insert: cm 1 th.0,2 in "version 1" with n.2 horizontal + n.1 vertical or in "version 2" with n.1 horizontal + n.1 vertical.
- 10:10 (only in matte lacquer finish): incisioni a "U" cm 1 sp.0,2.
- 80:40 (solo in finitura laccato opaco): "U" shaped engravings cm 1 th.0,2 with variable pitch.
- 10:2: vertical "V" engravings cm 0,2 th.0,2.
Doors also available in TAMMAS (honeycomb + solid wood), honeycomb with solid fir frame and solid wood honeycomb plated on both sides, dyed in the sample finishes and decorated with 10:10 or Wave processing. Only available by project, for further information, please contact our Customer Service. Door sliding track: in brown metal finish with slow closing mechanism with magnet.
Door track: in brown metal finish, with slow-motion closing mechanism with magnet.
Handles:
- Pendulum: in grey aluminium, recessed in the thickness of the door and therefore not visible from the front.
- Oblique: 3,8 d.2,6 h.100 cm. Matte lacquered or lacquered metal finish.
Useful height: To obtain the useful internal height of the wardrobe, simply remove the thickness of the unloading adjusting feet (0,5 cm), the base (3,2 cm) and the top (2,5 cm) from the overall height of the composition. Some examples:
- for wardrobe cm h.226: cm 208,1
- for wardrobe cm h.260: cm 242,1
Please Note: The sides are always supplied without edging on the short sides. This difference in finish, which is often hidden from view once the wardrobe is assembled, deliberately leaves the solid spruce frame of the honecomb sandwich panel exposed in order to enhance the wooden component of the element and show the high quality of the finished product.
Drilling Sides
Depth 38 cm: pair of Ø 1,5 mm holes, spaced 9,6 cm apart, placed every 35,2 cm (see diagram in gallery).
Depth 59,2 cm: Ø 1,5 mm holes every 9,6 cm for the entire sidewall height.
Optional
Vertical LED bar: positioned on the internal metal division of the module. Can be fitted with a transformer (maximum power supported 75/150W) and switched on via sensor. Warm LEDs 3000K-24V, consumption 11 W / m.
Assembly Tips
Pre-mounted hardware on all elements to facilitate and speed up assembly operations.
The feet, also pre-mounted on the plinths, allow the wardrobe to be levelled correctly thanks to a maximum extension of 0,8 cm. In the unloaded position, they measure 0,5 cm.
The following is necessary to assemble the structure::
- 4 cm in width
- 4 cm in height

Honeycomb sandwich panel: this is a panel made with an internal honeycomb structure and a 5 / 7 cm perimeter frame in first choic solid fir closed with two 0,3 / 0,4 cm thick MDF panels, subsequently lacquered or veneered.
The strengths of honeycomb sandwich panels are:
- greater durability over time;
- greater load resistance;
- considerably reduced weight of the panels (up to 60% less), which is useful for transport, assembly, moving or removals, but above all to reduce the witht of the doors on the structure and hardware;
- hardware always fixed on the perimeter (in solid fir) of the sides and doors, so the hinges will have greater resistance and the furniture will have a considerably longer life;
- better resistance to humidity, as the material "breathes";
- exclusively "100% Made in Italy" product.
Aged Oak: compared to "standard" open pore oak, aged oak is characterised by its slightly more brushed surface, which shows a deeper pore and more evident grain. This difference is more noticeable on important surfaces such as tables, wall units and wardrobes, less so on accessories, beds and bed sets.
