Technical Specifications and Equipment
Structure: made of Tammel (honeycomb coreboard + melamine). The honeycomb core is a carefully selected solid fir frame and the honeycomb is clad with MDF panels. It guarantees long-lasting non-deformability, lightness, practicality and meets all the requirements of European Class 1 standards with regard to limiting harmful formaldehyde emissions and complies with CARB2 standards.
Sides and Backrests: made of wood particle board panels (class E1 low formaldehyde emission), meets CARB2 standards. Sides 2.5 cm thickness / backs 0.8 cm thickness.
Bases and Tops: honeycomb sandwich panels 3.2 cm and 2.5 cm thick respectively.
Door height from floor: 1.1 cm h.
Lacquered / wooden doors:: 2.4 cm thick honeycomb sandwich panels with solid fir frame, lacquered or wooden. The fronts can be smooth or customised (only in matte lacquered or open-pore oak finish):
- Shanghai (only in matte lacquered finish): 0.2 cm thickness diagonal 'V' engravings.
- Line (only in matte lacquered finish): vertical 'V' engravings 0.2 cm thickness.
- with metal insert: 1 cm 0,2 thickness in "version 1" with n.2 horizontal + n.1 vertical or in "version 2" with n.1 horizontal + n.1 vertical.
- Plissè: grooves in lacquered solid wood or oak veneer with 30° processing: 4,5 cm 1 thickness 1.
- 10:10 (only in matte lacquered finish): 'U' incisions 1 cm 0,2 thickness.
- 80:40 (matte lacquered finish only): 'U' incisions 1 cm 0,2 thickness with variable pitch.
- 10:2: vertical 'V' engravings 0,2 cm thickness
Doors and panels also available in TAMMAS (honeycomb + solid wood), honeycomb with solid fir frame and solid wood honeycomb plated on both sides, dyed in the sample finishes and decorated with 10:10 or Wave processing. Available exclusively by purchasing a project, for further information please contact our Customer Service.
Hinges: metal in titanium finish with standard slow closing. Standard opening angle 110°, can be increased to 155° except on doors with plissè processing, which are supplied exclusively with 94° opening hinges.
Boiserie Panels: 1,8 cm thick MDF complete with hardware for fixing to wall (6,8 cm technical compartment).
Wall Shelf 12 cm h: box structure in 1.,8 cm thick MDF panels, then lacquered or veneered. They are fixed directly to the wall using the supplied brackets.
Please Note: The sides are always supplied without edging on the short sides. This difference in finish, which is often hidden from view once the wardrobe is assembled, deliberately leaves the solid spruce frame of the honeycomb sandwich panel exposed in order to enhance the wooden component of the element and show the high quality of the finished product.
Sides Holes
Holes on the column sides come with a couple of holes Ø 1,5mm spaced every cm 9,6 and positioned every cm 35,2 (see photos in the Gallery for diagram).
Optional - side column
vertical LED bar: positioned on the side panels of the 2 column cupboards, at a distance of 8,2 cm from the front panels. Available with lighting directed internally or externally, and can be equipped with a transformer (maximum power supported is 75 / 150 / 180 W) and is switched on with a sensor. LED with heat graduation of 3000K-24V from 11 W/ml.
Assembly Tips
Hardware pre-mounted on all elements to facilitate and speed up the assembly process. The hinged doors are equipped with n.4 slow-closing metal hinges and a rubber dust stop. The feet, which are also pre-mounted on the stands, allow for the correct levelling of the cupboards.
To assemble the body of the cupboard, you will need:
- 4 cm in width (if assembling in a 2 cm alcove)
- 3 cm in height

Honeycomb Panel: panel made with an internal honeycomb structure and a perimeter frame of 5 / 7 cm made from top-quality solid pine, closed with 2 panels in MDF (0,3 / 0,4 cm thick) which are subsequently lacquered and veneered.
The strengths of honeycomb panels are:
- greater durability over time;
- greater resistance to load;
- significantly reduced weight of the panels (up to 60% less), useful for transport, assembly, moving or removals, but especially to reduce the weight of the doors on the structure and hardware;
- hardware always fixed on the perimeter (in solid fir wood) of the sides and doors, so hinges will have a higher resistance and the furniture will have a considerably longer life;
- greater resistance to humidity, as the material "breathes";
- product is exclusively "100% Made in Italy".
Aged Oak: compared to the "standard" open-pore oak, aged oak is characterised by a slightly more brushed surface, which shows a deeper pore and a more marked grain. This difference is particularly noticeable on bigger surfaces such as tables, wall units and wardrobes, less so on accessories, beds and bedroom sets.
