Plan shelf for wall panel comes with two possible thicknesses of 1.4 cm and 3.5 cm. Available in 9 different widths, Plan Shelf can be manufactured in a wooden, lacquer or melamine finish in various matt and glossy shades also with open pores with natural visible veins under the surface. Plan is available with 1.4 cm or 3.5 cm of thickness, according to the model.
Plan shelf must necessarily be combined with Plan Back Panel, which can be found among the products at the bottom of the page.

Information For your Purchase
The shelves 3,5 cm thick can be freely positioned on the back panel during the assembling: the shelves are fixed to the panel by using invisible supports that are fixed with self-tapping screws. Please note: by fixing the shelves directly to the panel and not to the wall with specific wall dowels, the weight they can hold is 10 kg and not 30 kg.
The 0,4 cm thick shelves in painted metal can be placed only on the lower or upper border of the panel, while the 1,4 cm thick ones need to have a pre-drilled panel thus we need to know their position during production.

Material: painted metal for the 0.4 cm thick shelves, wood particle board panel (class E1 - low formaldehyde emission) for the 1.4 and 3.5 cm thick shelves..
Maximum capacity: variable according to the width of the shelf, from 10 to 30 kg for 0.4 cm thick shelves, from 5 to 15 kg for 1.4 cm thick shelves, from 10 to 30 kg for 3.5 cm thick shelves. The weight is always intended to be "uniformly distributed".
Wall panel fastening: 0.4 cm thick shelf by means of screws on the back of the panel; 1.4 cm thick shelf by means of a groove on the panel and locking systems on the back; 3.5 cm thick shelf by means of concealed supports and self-tapping screws.

Optional - Custom Measurements
custom reduction: you can reduce the elements by specifying the exact measurement in the text field "Custom Width", (it is not possible to reduce the metal shelves). The elements can be reduced up to a max. width of 32 cm.

Cleaning and Maintenance
The surfaces must not be wet with water or other liquids, as well as exposed to high heat and humidity.
Cleaning is to be done with a damp cloth and neutral detergents, drying suddenly with a dry cloth; it is advised the use of alkaline, solvent and abrasive products. These shelves have not been designed for outdoor use.
