Maintenance Tips
Melamine: for cleaning, neutral liquid detergents are sufficient. For the removal of limescale stains, wipe the surface with a sponge soaked in vinegar or an anti-limescale product, then rinse and dry. Do not use acids, abrasive products, or powders. Do not leave anti-limescale products in contact with the surface for prolonged periods of time, as this may result in marks.
Lacquered: for cleaning, use soft, non-abrasive cloths to avoid damaging the surface. Do not use products containing solvents, acetone, or abrasives, nor products with a wax, alcohol, or silicone base.
To know more...
Mineralguss: a material composed of calcium carbonates and aluminium trihydrates, bound by a low percentage of polyester resin. The surface is covered with a gelcoat film, offering excellent physical-chemical resistance. The compound is ductile and resistant to heat. If colour variations occur due to high temperatures, they can be eliminated by cleaning with a slightly abrasive sponge, and then polishing.
To clean, use a sponge with water and a regular cream detergent. The surfaces should never encounter solvents and alkaline lotions like ammonia. Hair colour products should not remain in the washbasin, and should be rinsed out immediately. Never fill the sink with hot water above 60°C.
