Nubuck Leather with Grain
Full-grain nubuck leather with thin texture and nap effect. This particular process on the surface gives a velvety and super soft effect.
This is a completely natural product, thus each leather hide has unique features like creases, veins, spots and a non-homogeneous texture. All these elements distinguish each leather and are a guarantee of its nature and uniqueness.
This is a valuable leather because it is selected among the best bull hides from Europe (Britanny - France / South Germany): bulls also guarantee bigger hides. Chrome salts mineral tanning, barrel dyed with polyurethane aniline and barrel finishing with water-repellent treatment to make it resistant against water-based liquids. It is not a real "stain-resistant" material: it is true that the leather does not absorb a spilled liquid immediately, but it is highly recommended to dab it right away with an absorbent cloth, in order to avoid spots.
For the everyday cleaning steps we recommend to use just a brush for clothes; in case of dirt, use a sage brush. For deeper stains you need to use first an abrasive cloth and, in case that is not enough, a specific detergent for Nubuck leathers.
