Giogali by Vistosi is a modern chandelier with glass pendants with a particular hook-shape design, from which the name is derived: from the Venetian "giongher", or the lace used in the countryside to tie the cart to the yoke. From research based on the reinterpretation of traditional forms, the all-Italian genius of the design master Angelo Mangiarotti, and the ancient art of artisanal glass processing, a real modular lighting system was born with a single basic construction element: the hook.
The hand-made glass hooks are hung from each other in series like a chain and give life to an iconic weave that can be applied to different types of lamps: pendant lamps, ceiling lamps, wall lamps and floor lamps.
The hooks are offered in various finishes: from clear crystal, amber and fumé, to solid glossy black and white, to the precious gold, silver, copper and bronze and black nickel. The metal structure that acts as a skeleton and on which the light sources are installed can be chosen in the polished chrome and matte bronze finishes. All types have an E27 socket for LED or energy saving bulbs; all models, with the exception of the floor lamp, are designed to be dimmable.
