Description

Dart is a rectangular marble table which is available in 8 different sizes and seats between 10 and 18 people. The four larger models are composed of two marble slabs, which join at the centre of the table, and a third support underneath.
The Dart table is made from precious materials such as marble, for the top, and metal covered in real leather with tailored stitching for the base.
This elegant table is ideal for a refined and sophisticated space and, thanks to its large size, is also perfect for an executive meeting room.

Technical study

Technical Specifications and Equipment
Structure: in load-bearing metal; each leg is covered with a strip of shaped poplar plywood, then with soft fabric and finally with leather. Plastic floor protectors on the bottom of each leg.
Undertop support: in lacquered mdf, 2.5cm thick and 155cm in diameter, with sloped, curved edge.
Top: in marble, 2cm thick, with sloped, curved edge and fixed to the support underneath.

Material Specifications
Marble: elegant and refined stone marble, characterised by open veins that sometimes may present some resin based speckles that create a uniform and smooth surface so that the top comes with no irregularities, granting additional structural resistance. Because it is a natural stone that is sometimes more than a million years old, the surface cannot be defined as 'perfect'; each piece is different from the next, depending on the cutting and polishing process. It may have natural micro imperfections, a characteristic of marble and not due to defects. Marble tops are naturally porous: any protective polyester treatment hides this porosity to the touch, leaving all the natural features of the stone visible.
