Description

Lounge Open End is a hinged module with open compartments to be positioned at the beginning or end of a Lounge wardrobe composition, to equip a visible side panel with matte lacquered shelves. The end unit comes complete with a 40 cm module with a hinged overhanging door, available in the same depths and finishes as the entire Lounge collection. It becomes ideal in situations where the wardrobe is placed in the middle of the room or is not recessed between two walls, positioning itself more freely within the sleeping area.
The 16 cm shelves allow for visible storage of ornaments or small objects, offering a further opportunity to create a personal and carefully designed bedroom even in the choice of the smallest accessories.

The Lounge wardrobes derived from the day collection of the same name and combine perfectly with it: either to link living and sleeping areas under a strong aesthetic unity, or to create unique compositions by combining hinged modules, boiseries and open compartments equipped with shelves, mantels and dressing table.

Hinged doors are fitted with n.4 slow metal hinges up to a height of 280 cm, n.5 hinges for greater heights.
Useful Height: To obtain the useful internal height of the cupboard, simply remove the thicknesses of the draining adjustment feet (0,5 cm), the base (3,2 cm) and the top (2,5 cm) from the overall height of the composition. Some examples:
- for wardrobe 226 cm h: 219,8 cm
- for wardrobe 260 cm h: 253,8 cm
- for wardrobe 295 cm h: 288,8 cm

Please Note: The sides are always supplied without edging on the short sides. This difference in finish, which is often hidden from view once the wardrobe is assembled, deliberately leaves the solid spruce frame of the honeycomb sandwich panel exposed in order to enhance the wooden component of the element and show the high quality of the finished product.

Drilling Sides
Depth 38 cm: pairs of Ø 1,5 mm hles, spaced 9,6 cm apart, placed every 35,2 cm (see diagram in the gallery).
Depth 59,2 cm: Ø 1,5 mm holes every 9.6 cm for the entire side height.

Assembly Tips
Pre-mounted hardware on all elements to facilitate and speed up assembly operations.
The feet, which are also pre-mounted on the plinths, allow the wardrobe to be levelled correctly thanks to a maximum extension of 0,8 cm. In the unloaded position, they measure 0,5 cm.

The following are required for the assembly of the shell:
- in width 4 cm (if installation in niche 2 cm)
- in height 2 cm

Honeycomb sandwich panel: this is a panel made with an internal honeycomb structure and a 5 / 7 cm perimeter frame in first choice solid fir closed with 2 MDF panels 0,3 / 0,4 cm thick, subsequently lacquered or veneered.
The strengths of honeycomb sandwich panels are:
- greater durability;
- greater load resistance;
- significantly reduced panel weight (up to 60% less), which is useful for transport, assembly, moving or relocation, but above all for reducing the wight of the sashes on the structure and hardware;
- hardware always fixed to the perimeter (solid fir wood) of the sides and doors, so the hinges will have greater strenth and the furniture will last considerably longer;
- better resistance to humidity, as the material 'breathes';
- exclusively "100% Made in Italy".
Aged Oak: compared to 'standard' open-pore oak, aged oak is characterised by a slightly more brushed surface, which shows a deeper pore and a more evident grain. This difference is more noticeable on important surfaces such as tables, wall units and wardrobes, less so on complements, beds and bed sets.Per saperne di più...
