Description

The Lounge linear built-in wardrobe is a refined and aesthetically appealing solution for separating two rooms. Ideal in a bedroom setting as a passageway between a large bedroom and walk-in wardrobe or master bathroom, Lounge Linear also makes it possible to create functional storage or laundry areas from otherwise unused compartments or niches.
Consisting of two or four doors depending on the width of the compartment, the Lounge Linear wall-mounted wardrobe can be fitted with hinged or folding doors in lacquered or open-pore oak veneer. Handles and grooves can be customised, as can the processing on the door. These include metal inserts, geometric milling or applied slats for an original and dynamic three-dimensional effect. The overall measurements in height and width are always customised, to ensure perfect adhesion of the structural frame of the wardrobe to the walls.
For niche installation, the compartment created by the Lounge wardrobe can be fitted with shelves from the collection of the same name, a product that meets the same high quality standards and allows for a total matching of finishes.

Purchase Information
It is advisable to install the Lounge wall cupboard on solid walls.
The 'open and packaged' folding doors have a gap of approximately 7 cm: as this gap is totally towards the inside of the frame side, the net opening width will therefore be approximately 7 cm less.
In case of plasterboard walls and/or offset greater than 0,5 cm, please contact our Customer Service.
Please indicate in the Configurator the exact measurements of the niche in which you wish to install the Lounge linear wardrobe in order to proceed with production, taking the measurements as follows:
- Niche width: measure it three times, first at floor level, then at mid-height and lastly,  close to the ceiling. Report the three widths obtained, in this order, in the dedicated section at the end of the Configurator.
- Niche Height: take a single measurement from floor to ceiling and report it in the dedicated section of the Configurator.

Matte or glossy lacquer (where available) in RAL, NCS and Sikkens colours are available for this product. Please contact our Customer Service for a quote or additional info.

Interior Designer's Opinion

The Interior Designer's View
In a modern home, the optimisation of space is a requirement linked as much to the volumes available as to the aesthetic appeal of the end result. Lounge Linear is a wardrobe that responds to both aspects: completely customised, it has the capacity to separate two rooms in the sleeping area or to obtain a storage or laundry space from a space that would otherwise be difficult to use due to positioning.
In the bedroom, the Lounge built-in wardrobe can be used to create a room within a room, which can be used as a walk-in wardrobe or as a master bathroom: an intelligent, original and refined way to exploit considerable space in the name of functionality. In the presence of a niche in the wall, the compartment separated from the Lounge wardrobe can be equipped with shelves or other accessories, fundamental for organising space and exploiting the full potential that the new volumes thus obtained can offer.

Assembly Information
The hardware is pre-assembled on all elements to facilitate and speed up assembly operations, including the hinge plates on the uphrights and the sliding track in the case of a model with folding doors.
The entire structure is supplied in three parts (in additon to the doors): a crosspiece and two uprights plus a small package with the hardware (tie rods and screws) needed to make up the frame. This must then be fixed using suitable anchors to brick or plasterboard walls, provided they have a reinforced aluminium structure. It is important to check, during assembly, that the entire frame is firmly secured to the walls, in order to withstand the stress of hinges and rails.

Honeycomb sandwich panel: this is a panel made with an internal honeycomb structure and a 5 / 7 cm perimeter frame in first choice solid fir closed with 2 MDF panels 0,3 / 0,4 cm thick, subsequently lacquered or veneered.
The strengths of honeycomb sandwich panels are:
- greater durability;
- greater load resistance;
- significantly reduced panel weight (up to 60% less), which is useful for transport, assembly, moving or relocation, but above all for reducing the wight of the sashes on the structure and hardware;
- hardware always fixed to the perimeter (solid fir wood) of the sides and doors, so the hinges will have greater strenth and the furniture will last considerably longer;
- better resistance to humidity, as the material 'breathes';
- exclusively "100% Made in Italy".
Aged Oak: compared to 'standard' open-pore oak, aged oak is characterised by a slightly more brushed surface, which shows a deeper pore and a more evident grain. This difference is more noticeable on important surfaces such as tables, wall units and wardrobes, less so on complements, beds and bed sets.Per saperne di più...
