Technical Specifications and Equipment
Frame: cm th.2,5 d.10. Two 2.5 cm thick, 25 cm infill strips are always included to match the doors. Their customised processing during installation provides a point of attachment to the frame and allows work on out-of-square walls.
Door height from floor: cm h.1,1.
Hinged doors: 2.4 cm thick honeycomb sandwich panels with solid spruce frame, lacquered or wooden. In modules with two hinged doors, a handle is normally placed on each door, or a single groove on the right door. In this case, the left sash is fitted with a PVC rebate guard. Exceptions are the GAP B3 and B4 grooves, positioned on both sashes.
Folding doors: in 2.4 cm thick honeycomb coreboard with solid spruce, lacquered or wooden frame. On folding modules the handles are always positioned on the doors not hinged to the side, while the grooves are on the hinged door for ergonomic reasons. Exceptions are the GAP B3 and B4 grooves, positoned on both doors. The sliding track is in burnished metal.
Door Processing: The fronts can be smooth or customised:
- Shanghai (only in lacquered finish): diagonal "V" engravings cm 0,2 th.0,2.
- Line :vertical "V" engravings cm 0,2 th.0,2.
- with metal insert: cm 1 th.0,2 in "version 1" with n.2 horizontal + n.1 vertical or in "version 2" with n.1 horizontal + n.1 vertical.
- Pleated: staves in lacquered solid wood or oak veneer with 30° processing: cm 4,5 th.1.
- 10:10 (only in lacquered finish): "U" incisions cm 1 th.0,2.
- 80:40 only in lacquered finish): "U" incisions cm 1 th.0,2 with variable spacing.

Doors also available in TAMMAS (honeycomb + solid wood), honeycomb with solid spruce frame and solid wood honeycomb plated on both sides, dyed in the sample finishes and decorated with 10:10 or Wave processing. Only available when purchased with a project, for further information please contact our Customer Service.
Hinges: metal in titanium finish with slow closing as standard. Standard opening angle 110°, which can be increased to 155° except on pleated doors, which are only supplied with 94°.opening hinges.
Hinged doors are fitted with no.4 slow metal hinges up to a height of 280 cm, no.5 hinges for greater heights..
Folding doors are fitted with no.4 slow metal hinges on the door hinged to the side and no.4 hinges between the two doors, up to a height of 280 cm. The hinges become no.5 in the case of heights between 281 and 295 cm.

Assembly Tips
The hardware is pre-assembled on all elements to make assembly easier and faster, including the hinge plates on the uprights and the sliding track in the case of a model with folding sashes.
The entire structure is supplied in three parts (in addition to the sashes): a transom and two uprights plus a small neck with the hardware (tie rods and beads) needed to make up the frame. This must then be fixed by means of suitable dowels to masonry or plasterboard walls, provided they have a reinforced aluminium structure. It is important to check, during assembly, that the entire frame is securely fastened to the walls, in order to withstand the stress of hinges and rails.

Honeycomb sandwich panel: this is a panel made with an internal honeycomb structure and a 5 / 7 cm perimeter frame in first choice solid spruce closed with 2 MDF panels 0.3 / 0.4 cm thick, subsequently lacquered or veneered. The strengths of honeycomb sandwich panels are:
- greater durability;
- greater load resistance;
- significantly reduced panel weight (up to 60% less), which is useful for transport, assembly, moving or relocation, but above all for reducing the weight of the sashes on the structure and hardware;
- hardware always fixed to the perimeter (solid spruce) of the sides and doors, so the hinges will have greater strenth and the furniture will last considerably longer;
- better resistance to humidity, as the material 'breathes';
- exclusively '100% Made in Italy' product.
Aged Oak: compared to 'standard' open-pore oak, aged oak is characterised by its slightly more brushed surface, which shows a deeper pore and more evident grain. This difference is more noticeable on important surfaces such as tables, wall units and wardrobes, less so on accessories, beds and bed sets.
