Description

Curly is a classic roll arm sofa bed with removable fabric, velvet or faux leather cover. Its smooth puffy upholstered shapes makes it apt for both classic and modern livings and grant high comfort and a timeless charm. For a modern twist the arms piping can be choosen in a contrasting colour that will recur on the tufted headboard of the hidden bed. Curly has in fact a classy tufted headboard which comes in a plain version or with buttons or Swarovsky crystals.
Entirely demountable, Curly has a back opening rotational system which transform the bed in a sofa with just one movement without removing the cushions. Moreover, the seat cushions overboard a bit from the structure to give the feet a nice ease for an ever higher comfort and to protect the cover..

Technical Specifications and Equipment
Electro-welded slatted base: included in case of bed main use, it is made of stainless steel tubes with square section painted in epoxy powders. It has also a mechanism which has been tested up to 2000 open cycles. the sleeping surface supports the weight of two average weight people without changing its shape.
Slatted base with elastic belts ending: included in case of sofa main use. When the bed is closed, the third crease of the slatted base ending goes under the seat granting high comfort thanks to the elastic belts. When open, the endings goes under the feet without compromising sleep or comfort.
Structure: in solid fir wood in different thicknesses, plugging parts in wooden fibre and/or plywood, sides in wooden agglomerate of mm 18. Raw fibre and /or wooden agglomerate at low formaldehyde emissions. Everything is covered in 100% thermo-coupled polyamide interline in polyester foam and/or 100% polyester wadding of 200gr.
Filling: crushproof seat in polyester expanded foam shaped in density D28 ny bearing capacity 3,6. Shaped and glued seat cushion's cover composed by 200gr 100% resin polyester. Seat-back in crushproof polyester foam D18 with 1,6 bearing force. Armrests in shaped crushproof polyester foam D40 with 8,0 bearing capacity.
Mattress Type:
- standard in expanded foam, non removable, D25 cm h.13 with stretch polyester fabric tufted on two sides;
- in Memory Foam cm h.13, non removable, with stretch polyester fabric tufted on two sides, made of an inferior expanded polyether foam slab D28 and of a superior one in D45 Memory Foam;
- in Top Quality expanded foam D30 cm h.16, non removable, with stretch polyester fabric 100% anti-mite of 250gr. With fixed hooks to install the slatted base.
Mechanisms: eased open systems, with pillow storages and practical and solid zip to fix the seat cushion to the structure.

Optionals
Clean Up System: it is a mechanism that allows you to displace the sofa bed effortlessly by operating two hidden levers assembled between the armrests and the seat. In this way, 4 casters lift up the whole structure. When the levers are lowered down, the casters disappear and the sofa bed rests again on its feet.

Assembly Tips
Completely demountable sofa easy to reassemble thanks to its bayonet core.
