Description

George is a classic bed with high tufted headboard and carved metal feet by Cantori. Available in a standard double size and king or super king size.
Its structure is composed of a plywood shaped headboard, padded and then upholstered in velvet, faux-leather or leather with tufted decoration; the bed-frame is in solid wood with smooth cover. Feet are made of die-cast aluminium and are sabre-shaped they are then hand finished and decorated.
Thanks to its double height, George bed can adapt to your practical needs or personal tastes. The low headboard has a curly shape on the back typical of classic double beds; the high headboard is shaped towards the middle that makes it particularly harmonious and perfect for big luxury bedrooms.

Information for your Purchase
Mattress not included. You can find a suitable mattress in our Mattresses department. For all the models, the required size of the mattress is the same one of the slatted base.
The slatted base with wooden frame and slats is always included on every model. In the drop-down menu related to the Slatted Base, for Standard and King Size beds, it is also possible to choose the "divisible" base that is a base delivered in two halves. Furthermore, it is also possible to remove the slatted base.

Technical study

Die Casting: a permanent form foundry process in which molten metal - usually aluminium, zinc or magnesium - is injected at high pressure into a metal mould. This is a highly automatable process that provides high productivity. Dimensional tolerances and surface finish are also better on average than other foundry processes.
