For More Information...Ceramic glass: a hand-crafted glass production process for glass with any thickness. The glass is covered with a resin film in uniform colours and than with another resin stratum on the surface with different colour (lighter or darker to create a slight contrast). The superficial resin is then manually applied with vertical and horizontal brushes (the strands on the perimeter are covered as well). The final result, thus, is a finish with heterogeneous colours. The glass is subsequently cooked making the surface hard and scratch-resistant.Since it is a hand-crafted process, each top is unique and any superficial irregularity is a typical characteristic of the material itself.Glass lacquer: Cat.D and Cat.E glass is retro-lacquered; the lacquer is created in two phases: a first painting of the glass followed by another coating for added resistance.
