Splashback: designed to complement bathroom furniture with stone tops; particularly suitable for walls that are not perfectly square and for combinations with free-standing mirrors.

Maintenance Tips
Melamine: use neutral liquid detergents for cleaning. To remove limescale stains, wipe the top with a sponge soaked in vinegar or anti-limescale products, then rinse and dry. Do not use acids, abrasive products or powders; do not leave anti-limescale products in contact with the top for a prolonged period of time, as this could create halos.
HPL Stratified: clean the top with a soft and damp cloth, without scrubbing in order not to scratch or abrade the top. We recommend the use of neutral detergents. Do not use abrasive or scratching substances, strong acids or salts, metal cleaners and concentrated limescale removers. Avoid contact with boiling water, avoid using steam cleaners.
Lacquer: use soft non abrasive clothes, to avoid damaging the surface. Do not use products containing solvents, acetone or abrasive matters, do not use wax, alcohol or silicone-based products.
Wood: living material protected on the surface by varnish; for cleaning, a soft non-abrasive moist, well-wrung cloth should be used. It is recommended to clean the top in the direction of the grain and dry it carefully.
Stone: to prevent stains clean immediately with a damp cloth or neutral detergents. We recommend the use of neutral detergents.
Tekor: you simply need water and soap or common, slightly abrasive, detergents, use a sponge or a cotton cloth and make sure to rinse well the surface. Avoid heated items, aggressive acids or solvents. Damages might be repaired by a specialised craftsman.
Mineralguss: use a sponge with water and a normal cream detergent. The top surface must not be in contact with alkaline solvents or lotions such as ammonia. Hair colour products must not stagnate in the bowl and they need to be cleaned right away. Never fill the basin with water hotter than 60°C.
Corian®: just use water with soap or ammonia-based detergents; make sure to rinse well the surface afterwards. Avoid the contact with chemical matters or solvents, in case it happens please rinse immediately the surface with running water. Nail varnish must be removed with a specific non acetone varnish remover and then rinsed with water. Smaller damages, including scratches, stains (also from chemical origin) as well as impact notches might be repaired by using the abrasive sponge called Scotc Brite.
QTOP: unlike marble-resin, the mineral filler is not chemically attackable by acids. The products recommended for cleaning must not have a high alkalinity (basic PH), which could alter the binding resin, mainly from an aesthetic point of view. The best way to prevent stains is to remove them promptly with a damp cloth or neutral detergents before they harden.

For more information....
Porcelain Stoneware: porcelain stoneware is made from a mixture of water and clay that is transformed, through the raw extrusion process, into a slab with extraordinary mechanical properties. Vitrification closes the pores, ensuring maximum resistance to water absorption and stains.
Tekor: mineral compound coated by a resin film giving both physical and chemical resistance.
Mineralguss: this is a material composed of calcium carbonates and aluminum trihydrates, bound by a low percentage of polyester resin. The surface is coated with a gelcoat film that offers excellent physical and chemical resistance. The compound is ductile and heat resistant. Any colour variations caused by high temperatures can be removed by cleaning with a lightly abrasive sponge and subsequent polishing.
