Splashback: designed to complement bathroom furniture with stone tops; particularly suitable for walls that are not perfectly square and for combination with free-standing mirrors.
Maintenance Tips
Veneered: use neutral liquid detergents for cleaning. To remove limescale stains, wipe the top with a sponge soaked in vinegar or anti-limescale product, then rinse and dry. Do not use acids, abrasive products or powders; do not leave anti-limescale products in contact with the top for a prolonged period of time, as this could create halos.
Lacquer: use soft, non-abrasive cloths for cleaning to avoid damaging the surface. Do not use products containing solvents, acetone or abrasives, nor wax, alcohol or silicone-based products.
Wood: "living" material protected superficially by varnish; for cleaning, use a soft, non-abrasive, damp cloth well wrung out. It is recommended to clean the top in the direction of the grain and dry carefully.
Stone: to prevent stains, clean promptly with a damp cloth or neutral detergents. The use of neutral detergents is recommended.
In order to make the top totally waterproof and invulnerable to stains, it is necessary to coat the surface with a water-based, water-repellent and stain-resistant acrylic varnish.
Tekor: for maintenance, it is sufficient to use soapy water or common slightly abrasive detergents with a cotton cloth or slightly abrasive sponge, taking care to rinse the surface well. Avoid very hot objects, very aggressive acids or combinations of solvents. Any damage can however be repaired by a specialised craftsman.
HPL: for maintenance, the top must be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth, without scrubbing in order not to scratch or abrade the top. We recommend the use of neutral detergents. Do not use abrasive or scratching substances, strong acids or salts, metal cleaners and concentrated limescale removers. Avoid contact with boiling water, avoid using steam cleaners.
QTOP: to remove most dirt and stains, washing powder combined with an abrasive sponge or a common chlorine or bleach cleaner is sufficient. For the removal of stains caused by limescale, the use of a common limescale remover is recommended. To maintain the original opacity of the artefact occasionally clean with amuchina or a 1/20 solution of bleach diluted in water. To enhance the typical satin opalescent finish, occasionally wipe with an abrasive sponge, applying a circular motion.

Porcelain stoneware: porcelain stoneware is made from a mixture of water and clay that is transformed, through the raw extrusion process, into a slab with extraordinary mechanical properties. Vitrification closes the pores, ensuring maximum resistance to water absorption and stains.
Tekor: mineral compound coated with a resin film that provides both physical and chemical resistance
QTOP: a quartz-resin product consisting of natural materials (quartz and granite) and a high-quality binding agent, supplemented with coloured pigments and glass or mirror granules.
