Technical Specifications and Equipment
Structure: made of TAMMEL (honeycomb coreboard + melamine). The honeycomb core is a carefully selected solid fir frame and the honeycomb is clad with MDF panels. It guarantees non-deformability over time, lightness, practicality and meets all the requirements of European Class 1 standards in terms of limiting harmful formaldehyde emissions, it complies with CARB2 standards.
Sides: with 38 cm depth, the sides are made of wood particle board panels (class E1 with low formaldehyde emission). With a depth of 59,2 cm the sides are made of honeycomb sandwich panels with a solid fir frame. The panels in both depths are 2,5 cm thick and meet CARB2 standards.
Backs: in particle board panels (class E1 with low formaldehyde emission), 0,8 cm thick.
Base and Top: in honeycomb-core wood, respectively 3,2 cm and 2,5 cm thick.
Shelf: supplied, honeycomb-core 3,2 cm thick.
Clothes Hanging Rods: supplied with 59,2 cm deep modules. With rectangular section 3 x 1 cm in brown or metal lacquer finish.
Door Height from floor: 1,1. cm h
Hinged Doors: 2.4 cm thick honeycomb-core with solid fir frame, lacquered or wooden. In modules with two hinged doors, a single handle is normally installed on the right door. The left sash, on the other hand, is fitted with a PVC door stop.
Folding doors: 2,4 cm thick honeycomb sandwich panels with solid fir frame, lacquered or wooden. On the folding modules the handles are double or always placed on the doors hinged to the side for ergonomic reasons. The sliding track is made of burnished metal.
Door processing: The fronts can be smooth or customised:
- Shanghai (only in matte lacquered finish): 0,2 cm thick diagonal "V"engravings.
- Line (only in matte lacquered finish): vertical "V" engravings 0,2 cm thick.
- with metal insert: 1 cm thick 0,2 in "version 1" with n.2 horizontal + n.1 vertical or in "version 2" with n.1 horizontal + n.1 vertical
- Plissè: lacquered solid wood or oak veneer slats with 30° processing: 4,5 cm th.1
- 10:10 (matte lacquered finish only): "U" - shaped incisions 1 cm, th. 0,2.
- 80:40 (matte lacquered finish only): "U" incisions 1 cm th.0,2 with variable pitch.
- 10:2: vertical "V" incisions 0,2 cm th.
Doors also available in TAMMAS (honeycomb + solid wood), honeycomb with solid fir frame and solid wood honeycomb plated on both sides, stained in the finishes shown in the sample collection and decorated with 10:10 or Wave processing. Can only be made to design, please contact our Customer Service for more information.
Hinges: metal in titanium finish with slow closing as standard. Standard opening angle 110°, which can be increased to 155° except on doors with pleated processing, which are supplied exclusively with 94° opening hinges.
Hinged doors are fitted with n.4 slow metal hinges up to a height of 280 cm, n.5 hinges for greater heights.
Folding doors are equipped with n.4 slow metal hinges on the door hinged to the side and n.4 folding hinges between the two doors, up to a height of 280 cm. The supplied hinges become n.5 in the case of heights between 281 and 295 cm.
Grooves: The grooves consist of a 3 mm thick wooden strip that can be laccquered in all matte and metallic colours or veneered in open pore oak.
- GAP mod.B2: cm 2 d.1,9 h.90,5
- GAP mod.B4: full-width, cm d.1,9 h.3,5
- GAP mod.B5: cm 3,2 d.1.9 full-width
- GAP mod.B6: cm 3 d.1,9 h.100
Useful Height: To obtain the useful internal height of the cupboard, simply remove the thicknesses of the draining adjustment feet (0,5 cm), the base (3,2 cm) and the top (2,5 cm) from the overall height of the composition. Some examples:
- for wardrobe 226 cm h: 219,8 cm
- for wardrobe 260 cm h: 253,8 cm
- for wardrobe 295 cm h: 288,8 cm
Please Note: The sides are always supplied without edging on the short sides. This difference in finish, which is often hidden from view once the wardrobe is assembled, deliberately leaves the solid spruce frame of the honeycomb sandwich panel exposed in order to enhance the wooden component of the element and show the high quality of the finished product.
Drilling Sides
Depth 38 cm: pairs of Ø 1,5 mm hles, spaced 9,6 cm apart, placed every 35,2 cm (see diagram in the gallery).
Depth 59,2 cm: Ø 1,5 mm holes every 9.6 cm for the entire side height.
Optional
Vertical LED bars: positioned on the internal metal division of the module. Can be fitted with a transformer (maximum power supported 75/150W) and switchd on via sensor. Warm LEDs 3000K-24V, consumption 11 W / m.Optional
Assembly Tips
Pre-mounted hardware on all elements to facilitate and speed up assembly operations.
The feet, which are also pre-mounted on the plinths, allow the wardrobe to be levelled correctly thanks to a maximum extension of 0,8 cm. In the unloaded position, they measure 0,5 cm.
The following is required for the assembly of the structure:
- in width 4 cm (if installation in niche 2 cm)
- in height 2 cm

Honeycomb sandwich panel: this is a panel made with an internal honeycomb structure and a 5 / 7 cm perimeter frame in first choice solid fir closed with 2 MDF panels 0,3 / 0,4 cm thick, subsequently lacquered or veneered.
The strengths of honeycomb sandwich panels are:
- greater durability;
- greater load resistance;
- significantly reduced panel weight (up to 60% less), which is useful for transport, assembly, moving or relocation, but above all for reducing the wight of the sashes on the structure and hardware;
- hardware always fixed to the perimeter (solid fir wood) of the sides and doors, so the hinges will have greater strenth and the furniture will last considerably longer;
- better resistance to humidity, as the material 'breathes';
- exclusively "100% Made in Italy".
Aged Oak: compared to 'standard' open-pore oak, aged oak is characterised by a slightly more brushed surface, which shows a deeper pore and a more evident grain. This difference is more noticeable on important surfaces such as tables, wall units and wardrobes, less so on complements, beds and bed sets.Per saperne di più...
