Description

The Lounge universal corner module for wardrobes is an element that allows individual modules or entire compositions of the Lounge collection to be placed side by side to create elegant corner wardrobes that can be customised in terms of size and finish. The uniqueness of the universal corner unit lies in the possibility of joining not only hinged modules with single door, but also elements with double folding or sliding dors, thus covering a large surface area without renouncing the type of opening most congenial to the design of the proposed bedroom area.
The Lounge universal corner unit can also be equipped with internal shelves and its internal volume can be fully utilised, either as an independent module or as a continuation of shelves on adjacent modules.

The Lounge sliding wardrobes derive from the day collection of the same name and combine perfectly with it: either to link living and sleeping areas under a strong aesthetic unity, or to create unique compositions by combining hinged modules, boiseries and open compartments equipped with shelves, large shelves and dressing table.

Each module includes a standard internal shelf.
For ergonomic and structural reasons, the Universal Lounge Corner can only be combined with folding, sliding or hinged modules with a single door.
The latter will be supplied as standard with 155° hinges (if lacquered or in wood) or 170° hinges(if in glass, Laminam or fabric), for easier access to the corner compartment.

Matte or glossy lacquer (if possible) is available for this product in RAL, NCS and Sikkens. Please contact our Customer Service for e a quotation or more information.

Technical Specifications and Equipment
Structure: made from TAMMEL (honeycomb + melamine). The honeycomb has a carefully selected solid fir frame and is plated with MDF panels. It guarantees non-deformability over time, lightness, practicality and meets all the requirements of the European class 1 standards regarding the limitation of harmful emissions of formaldehyde, meets CARB2 standards.
Backs: made from wood particle panels (class E1 with low formaldehyde emissions), th.0,8 cm.
Base and Top: made from honeycomb, respectively cm th.3,2 and cm th.2,5.
Shelf: included equipment, in honeycomb cm th.2,5.
Useful height: to obtain the useful internal height of the wardrobe, simply remove the thicknesses of the unloading adjustable feet (0,5 cm), the base (3,2 cm) and the top (2,5 cm) from the overall height of the composition. Some examples:
- for wardrobe h.226 cm: 219,8 cm
- for wardrobe h.260 cm: 253,8 cm
- for wardrobe h.295: 288,8 cm

Assembly Tips
Hardware is pre-assembled on all elements to facilitate and speed up assembly operations.
The feet, also pre-mounted on the bases, allow the correct leveling of the wardrobe thanks to a maximum extension of 0.8 cm. In the unloaded position, they measure 0.5 cm.

To assemble the wardrobe structure it is necessary to have:
- in width cm 4 (if assembled in a niche cm 2)
- in height cm 2

Honeycomb: it is a panel made with an internal honeycomb structure and a 5 / 7 cm perimeter frame in first choice solid fir closed with 2 MDF panels 0,3 / 0,4 cm thick, subsequently lacquered or veneered. The strengths of the honeycomb are:
- greater durability over time;
- greater load resistance;
- significantly reduced weight of the panels (up to 60% less), useful both for transport, assembly, travel or removals, but above all for reducing the weight of the doors on the structure and hardware;
- hardware always fixed on the perimeter (in solid fir) of the sides and doors, so the hinges will have greater resistance, and the furniture will have a significantly longer life;
- better resistance to humidity, as the material "breathes";
- product is exclusively "100% Made in Italy".
